3. Musculoskeletal Strength (Muscles and skeleton’s power):-

Muscle strength means muscle and skeletal strength. It is define as generate force in maximal contraction for a skeletal muscle or skeletal muscles group. We also know it as Musculoskeletal Strength.

4. Flexibility (Suppleness):-

Flexibility is the physical ability to perform all and every kind of activity around the joints of our body. This ability is achieve by avoiding the elasticity of scalatel tissues.

5. Ideal Body Composition (Ideal anatomy):-

Ideal body composition is the power to take care of the perfect ratio of fatty fibres and lean body mass.
