If we talk about bodybuilding kind of workout in which can be performed weight training with dumble and heavy weight. Here we can focus because in teen age our body parts is growing in this age our height is also growing.

To start body building it depends upon that your body parts is completely grow like your height. If your height is already reached near by 6 feet, then you can start bodybuilding. If your height is not grow properly then you must care about that you can’t perform any exercise.
